Refund & Return Policy
At Appitome, we strive to deliver exceptional web and application development services. Because our work involves custom digital solutions, refunds are limited to specific conditions.
1. Project Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable initial deposit is required to begin all projects.
Once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, no full refunds will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
Appitome fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in the project agreement, and
The client requests a refund within 14 days of project initiation, before major design or development work is completed.
3. No Refunds For
Change of mind or cancellation after work has started.
Delays caused by client inaction or missing information.
Completed or delivered digital products (websites, applications, source code).
4. Project Revisions
We provide revisions as per the project scope to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra costs.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith discussions.
